Cochrane Supply Expands to Toledo Market
Leading Technology Distributor Celebrates New Year with a New Branch in Ohio


Madison Heights, MI and Maumee, OH, January 4, 2008 - Cochrane Supply & Engineering is proud to announce the opening of their Ohio Branch on January 2nd, 2008, located at 4444 Keystone Drive, Maumee, OH 43537. After celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2007, the company is opening its first branch outside of the state of Michigan.

“We are excited to expand our operations to the greater Toledo, OH market. We see it as a vibrant and growing market for building controls and a great start for the next 40 years of the company,” said Scott Cochrane, President of Cochrane Supply. “With the team we have in place, we fully expect to guide our customer base into the next generation of building controls that will help them lower costs and better manage their businesses.”

Timothy Horace, the Ohio Area Market Leader, with the assistance of Mike Brennan will operate the new branch. Tim has been with Cochrane Supply since January 2007 and has over 24 years experience in sales. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Akron and has held positions with several leading engineering companies including BP America, Emerson Electric, United Technologies, Invensys / Robertshaw, and Honeywell. Some of Tim’s accolades include being a member of the Presidents Club at Honeywell. Since his addition to the Cochrane Supply team he has helped many customers to succeed through education on Building Automation Systems.

Mike Brennan will hold the position of Inside / Counter sales at the Toledo branch and will help run the day to day operations. He has over 20 years experience in customer service and sales including: 7 years of Industrial Controls and Flame Safety sales and support, 10 years Retail sales, and 3 years of Consumer Electronics sales.
