DX9100 Engineering


Course Description


This course covers basic DX hardware, its installation and operation, and the software engineering to properly meet a specification using the DX-9100 systems.

 

Prerequisites


Students will need to have a laptop with M-TOOLS loaded.

 

Course Objectives


  • Define the purpose and construction of the DX-9100 and the various XT-9100 devices.
  • Define how to install and maintain DX-9100 devices.
  • Define the purpose of an N2 bus, how it is installed and typical problems.
  • Given a sequence of operation and the GX-9100 tool, write, download, and test a program for primary plant equipment and an Air Handling Unit.
  • Given a typical problem, troubleshoot it down to a component.
