NiagaraAX Custom End User Training


Course Description


The student will develop an understanding of what a JACE is, how the system operates, and how to use the PC for typical daily operations and troubleshooting.

There will be NO testing on the information covered.

 

Prerequisites


None.

 

Course Objectives


  • Define the purpose and construction of a JACE
  • Define the purpose and construction of the PC
  • Define the purpose and basic operation of the various communication busses.
  • Define the basic Tridium Points
  • Given an existing network of controllers, a JACE and a PC, use the PC to:
    -Log on
    -View current and historical data
    -Operate (command and override) points
    -Change schedules and set points
    -Operate the alarm system
    -Access Histories
  • Given a typical problem, troubleshoot it down to a component
