Cochrane Supply opened its Louisville branch in 2013 and has grown into a trusted Smart Building Controls distributor serving Kentucky and the surrounding region. In December of 2025, our Louisville branch moved to Decimal Drive, just a few minutes from our previous location, allowing us to continue expanding inventory and support.

The branch maintains a wide selection of locally stocked products available for same day pickup, helping mechanical contractors, HVAC contractors, electrical contractors, systems integrators, and more get what they need when they need it.

Cochrane Supply Louisville also hosts educational opportunities including Counter Days, Lunch and Learns, systems integration courses, and HVAC training.
