Customers requesting access to shop on Cochrane Supply’s E-Commerce Platform understand the following provisions.
All purchases through the E-Commerce are held to the Cochrane Supply & Engineering Terms of Sale.
Customers are responsible for the management of E-Commerce users within their Customer Account Portal.
If an individual is no longer employed by or associated with your company, it is up to the E-Commerce Customer Account Admin to delete employee or communicate dismissal to Cochrane Supply and Engineering in order to eliminate the Employees use of Cochrane Supply’s E-Commerce Website.
Order cancellations cannot be completed through the E-Commerce Website and therefore must be communicated directly to Cochrane Supply & Engineering via a phone call or e-mail and are subject to Terms of Sale.
Order changes cannot be complete through the E-Commerce Website and therefore must be communicated directly to Cochrane Supply & Engineering via a phone call or e-mail and are subject to Terms of Sale.
All shipping charges will be added to final invoice and will not be reflected in E-Commerce. Final invoices will be provided as per Cochrane Supply & Engineering’s Terms of Sale.
